"2": "This Agreement is a public offer. By accessing the materials of the information system, the User is considered to have joined and accepted all the terms of this Agreement.",
"3": "The Administrator has the right, with the consent of the Owner, to unilaterally change the terms of this Agreement at any time. Such changes come into force after 3 (three) days from the date of posting the new version of the Agreement, with the simultaneous loss of the previous version of the Agreement.",

"11": "Keep the password entrusted to the User for access to the «eQonaq» IP secret from third parties not related to the data exchange process, except for cases provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.",

"13": "To receive the services of the IP «eQonaq», go through the registration procedure.",
"14": "At the same time, before registering in the IP «eQonaq», you must:",
"15": "individuals from among the citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan and having a residence permit in the Republic of Kazakhstan-have a valid EDS issued by the National Certification Center of the Republic of Kazakhstan, used in the field of «electronic government»;",
"16": "legal entities registered in the Republic of Kazakhstan – a valid EDS issued by the National Certification Center of the Republic of Kazakhstan, used in the field of «electronic government».",
"17": "Provide the Owner and Administrator with accurate and complete information on the items offered in the registration form in the IP «eQonaq».",
"18": "When working in the «eQonaq» IP, do not impersonate another person, do not use materials containing viruses or other malicious software, or use your own digital signature.",
"19": "Do not use the «eQonaq» IP and the information obtained in the information system for the purposes of terrorism, extremism, inciting ethnic hatred and for other purposes prohibited by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan."

"2": "In case of violation of the terms of this Agreement, resulting in harm to all or one of the parties to the Agreement, the guilty party is liable in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.",
"3": "Administrator is not responsible for temporary technical failures and breaks in work is «eQonaq» caused by reasons beyond the Administrator, the Owner or in the case of scheduled or unscheduled maintenance activities is «eQonaq».",
