Privacy Policy and Terms of Use
1. General Provisions
1.1. This Privacy Policy and Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as the Policy) govern the collection, storage, processing, use, and protection of personal data of users of the medical results delivery service in the Telegram messenger (hereinafter referred to as the Service).
1.2. The operator of personal data is:

1.3. By using the Service, the User confirms that they have read this Policy, understand its contents, and give their consent to the processing of their personal data.
2. Consent to the Processing of Personal Data
2.1. By entering personal data into the Service, including but not limited to: full name, IIN, date of birth, phone number, e-mail address, Telegram account, medical results, and medical reports, the User confirms that:
•the data belongs to them personally;
•the data is accurate;
•they voluntarily consent to its processing for the purposes specified in Section 3 of this Policy.
2.2. The User undertakes not to enter data of third parties, including relatives.
3. Purposes of Processing Personal Data
•Identification of the individual for the provision of medical services.
•Delivery of medical results and reports to the User.
•Communication with the User strictly on matters related to medical services.
•Maintaining medical records in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. Data Storage and Protection
4.1. Data on laboratory and other examinations is stored in the medical information system (MIS) and aggregated by it.
4.2. All personal data is stored in encrypted form using modern cryptographic protection methods.
4.3. Access to the data is granted only to authorized employees of LLP “Green clinic,” who are obliged to maintain medical confidentiality.
5. Transfer of Data
5.1. Personal data is not transferred to third parties, except in cases expressly provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan (for example, upon request of a court or government authorities).
5.2. A physician or an authorized employee uses personal data solely for identity verification and the provision of medical services.
6. User Rights
6.1. The User has the right to request the deletion of their personal data by sending a written request to info@greenclinic.kz.
6.2. Deletion of data and request history is carried out within one calendar month, except in cases where retention is required by law.
7. User Obligations
•Not to transfer their phone number, e-mail address, or Telegram account to third parties.
•Not to enter third-party personal data into the Service.
•Upon discovering errors in the submitted data, promptly correct them and notify the Service administration.
8. Liability
8.1. LLP “Green clinic” shall not be liable for consequences arising from the User’s disclosure of their data to third parties.
8.2. The Service is provided “as is” and is used solely for the purposes of providing medical services.
9. Confirmation of Consent
9.1. By clicking the “Agree” button in the Service interface, the User confirms that they:
•have read this Policy;
•understand and accept its terms of application;
•voluntarily consent to the processing and storage of their personal data.
